Last week was honestly a Fashion whirl wind here in Charlotte! I attended several events And I had a ball with my forever date fellow blogger Eric of TheUrbnWood.com. This outfit of the night was worn Friday June 17th at NCFA Style Week! This week is a once annual, week long, fashion event held in Charlotte, North Carolina. The NCFA Style Week is said to provide a platform for designers and boutiques from across the world to showcase their works to VIP, Media, Buyers, Stylists. I attended night three of the event.

The show was well done and flawlessly executed. NCFA hosted this show at the newly remodeled Le Meridien hotel located in Uptown. This chic backdrop along with the outfitting of the ballroom gave the event an air of class. All of the designers did well in showing there vision but my two favorites were Alicia Patricia and Jerrick Gray.
Alicia served up chic bohemian vibes with a raw denim based collection. The Collection was completely on trend including lace up details but took if forward with the addition of plunging neck lines and clean styling. I consider myself a jumpsuit- oholic so you already know I was completely wit it. Congratulations to the multi talented designer Maria Allen! Who do you know that can slay your blow out on Saturday and present a flawless collection the next week lol. See a few of my favorite looks below.
The other designer that I literally wanted everything on line was Jerrick Gray. This man has a serious eye for design configuration, finishing ,and modern glamour. All of the styles had BOLD impactful colors and sleek lines, but somehow painted a wonderful 70's nostalgic picture for the audience. I seriously would wear every single piece! He did include velvet & sateen, which are two hot trending materials as of late, and let me tell you he did it to perfection! There were some velvet pants that I know would drag the floor if I even tried it but I wouldn’t care lol! And might I say that you know how some designers come out out the end of there presentation looking rough, NOT JERRICK his outfit was flawless. See his line below.

I wore what I realize now is the complement of the look in my previous post lol. Same but different but I love this one so much more! I think is was the prefect balance of dressy and cool. I even match one of the models lol.
